Features of Electromagnet Hoisting Steel Coils:
There is no damage on the end face of coiled sheets; it decreases the cost of per steel tonnage and increases product rate of the coiled sheets.
It improves work efficiency and the utilization rate of facilities, also it declines the labour intensity, because it doesn’t need to replace lifting appliance no matter hosting vertical or horizontal steel coils, besides, there is no need to keep hole to hole.
The electromagnet hosting either the annular surface of vertical steel coils, or the upper surface of horizontal steel coils, it could place coil sheets closely. Thus, it could improve the space utilization rate and the stock capacity of steel coils.
It could reduce maintenance effort and saving maintenance expenses.
